This was a very good & quick soup! I took Brown Sugar Girl's advice & sauteed garlic, onions & carrots before adding the rest of the soup to it. I left out the celery cause my husband is not a fan.
I cooked 2 chicken breasts in oil & put some pepper, garlic powder, old bay seasoning & cayenne on them as well. I also used two 32oz chicken broth & the 1 veggie broth. My only complaint was the noodles were too soggy for my liking but the soup itself was great! Next time I will simmer the soup for 20 mins as directed but not add the noodles until the last 7 mins so they cook as directed on the package!
