Cake! I love to decorate and make sweet, pretty things. I also like to make low-fat, and (somewhat) low-calorie food! It's a pleasure to cook food for friends and family. Family cooking traditions? My mother was the Queen of desserts in my family, seeing as we mostly had parties where we would bring food to share (which is often the case in large families). Pavlova seems to take the cake in terms of popularity! I finally learnt to pipe icing! I decided to test out an experiment: a no-yolk cake. It was the smallest cake I ever made. :(
