I've been trying to follow a certain diet that wasn't really working for me. So this week, I decided to change my diet and start eating healthy. Add lots of green and colors to my food.
Today I made Salad for my lunch:
1. Baby spring mix (from QFC)
2. Raspberry (cut in half)
3. Red bell
