Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap
I liked it..very good flavor...I didnt make the sauce as given but I did use mae ploy which is a sweet chili sauce used at alot of asian cuisine restaurants for dipping and we also used plum sauce...the stuff kept falling out of the leaves and getting all over me and the floor so I ended up just tossing it all in a bowl and tearing up the lettuce leaves and eating it with a spoon...hey whatever works right? I definitely will make this again!

Pork Chops a la Slow Cooker
ok I originally reviewed this awhile ago and gave it a rating of 3 stars...I have since completely changed all my views on this..firstly I use boneless pork loin chops and I throw in a ton of the dry mustard instead of measuring..then when the chops have been seared, I take the soup and throw it in the pan that I used, getting up all the good flavor bits, then pour it over the chops..I cook them on high about 4 to 5 hours...any longer and they come out tough imo...this recipe has become the only one for me when I cook pork chops...LOVE IT!!!!

Cafeteria Macaroni and Cheese
I made this today and am happy to say it was exactly what I was hoping for...in reading some previous posts I realized that most people here dont realize that baked mac and cheese is very different from ordinary mac and cheese and in being raised up with southern women, I have had the priviledge of being able to get real southern mac and cheese...the only thing different I did was added 2 cups of the sharp cheddar to the milk mixture, 2 C of it in the mac and almost 2 cups on top and I added more breadcrumb mixture...I also used evaporated milk instead of reg. milk...I really liked the way it came out...if you are looking for a creamy sweet processed cheese type then this recipe is NOT for you...
