Jalapeno Cheese Bread

Very good bread. I used canned jalapenos this time but when I make it again, I will get fresh (in the produce) ones. Not too hard to make either. I'll make it again.

I decided to make this recipe at the last minute so I didn't have any shallots. Since they have an oniony garlic kind of flavor, I just added a little chopped onion. These are awesome! My family loved them. In fact, I am having to make them again 2 days later!

Caramelized Baked Chicken

This recipe is awesome! So easy and the taste is wonderful! It has an Oriental flavor to it. I didn't have enough honey and used karo syrup to make the rest which was about 1/4 cup. Am going to make it again with all honey. Thanks!

Famous Butter Chicken

I made this tonight and the recipe works great! It's easy and has a good texture. Overall the flavor is good. I will add a little more seasoning next time but it is good.

Pizza Sauce and Dough

I did not make the dough part of this recipe but I did make the sauce and it is great! When adding 2 cans of tomato paste I used one regular and one was a basil, oregano and garlic. I also put the canned tomatoes in my chopper because my kids did not want the chunks of tomato. I could not find canned roma tomatoes so I just used canned peeled tomatoes. I think that even if I had not changed anything, this pizza sauce recipe is a great one! I will use this sauce recipe from now on!

Homesteader Cornbread

I have cooked so many different cornbread recipes over the past few years. Usually ending up just buying a mix. Well, this recipe is wonderful and I will not have to buy any more mix. I did not add all of the sugar because I was afraid that it would be too sweet and it was perfect. Only added about half the sugar. I think this would be good with all or none of the sugar! Thanks!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

These were wonderful. I did cover them while baking because I was running late and after they were done, I uncovered them and let them bake a few minutes more. I did about 12 chops and none were left. They are awesome!

Chicken Enchiladas V

I put a little extra cheese inside the enchiladas and added velveeta to the topping as well as the cheddar cheese. We just like things cheesy. But it is simply a wonderful dish. I will definitely make it again.

Cheddar Pennies

I have tried 2 times to make these. The recipe sounds delicious but I think that there must be something that I am doing wrong. So, my rating is as much on myself as the recipe. They are too crumbly when I make them and I have tried to add more butter and even water to make them easier to handle.

Apple Enchilada Dessert

This recipe is easy. It also tastes great! It was a nice change from making a cake or cookies for dessert. They were a hit at my house. I think these would be great for a church potluck! Maybe I will take them next time!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

The flavor of this cheesecake is great. It tastes like a true cheesecake should. Not too thick but thick enough. Mine did crack but I will just make sure that I followed the recipe fully next time. Made it last week, am making it next week. Great recipe.

No Bake Cookies III

I have had so many recipes for this snack and so far this is the best. I have yet to make it where it did not turn out. When I made a double batch, I let it boil for one and a half minutes because of the amount. They were great!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

This recipe is very tasty and not too hard to make. I made it for a bunch of teenagers and they prefer cheese dip and chips. But it would be a great thing to make for a party, church gathering or whatever.

Aunt Johnnie's Pound Cake

I didn't read any reviews before baking this cake and it was my first pound cake. I put all of the mix into the bundt pan and it overflowed but when I removed it from the pan and turned it over, it was perfect. I also used self-rising flour instead of the cake flour and baking soda. (this is all I had) The cake is wonderful. I will make it again.

Fresh Salsa I

It is really hard to find a great salsa recipe. My daughter made this and although she added a few too many peppers, it was wonderful. We made it in a blender so it was pretty smooth. I have finally found a salsa recipe that I will make again.
