Simply Potatoes® Easy Shepherd's Pie

SO Easy and really turned out tasty. Kids really loved it which is a bonus. I used Heinz jarred beef gravy which I wasn't too sure about but tasted good. I used garlic salt instead of thyme and I used garlic mashed potatoes. We will make this again.

Charleston Breakfast Casserole

This was good. I added 2 extra eggs, omitted the bell pepper and added onion. Mine was a little dry so I am thinking that I cooked it too long. I made it the night before. I will make it again but go easier on the cooking time.

Wanda's Chicken Noodle Bake

I thought this was just okay. I substituted the carrots with peas and added sour cream. Not a real hit in our house. My husband said it was on the bland side. I might try it again but would definitely add other seasonings...

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

As the others have said this was so easy and I managed to please my 2 1/2 year old twins and husband with this. They couldn't get enough. It was great the first night and second night as left overs. I did add a few dashes of worcheshire into the mix. I also added 2 cloves of garlic and 1/2 an onion. I used med sharp cheddar cheese becuase it was what I had on hand. I think I will try mild next time or even the colby as the recipes asks for. I halved the recipe and the cooking time was only 45 minutes. I will definetly make it again!
