Im a college student studying genetics, molecular biology and zoology. I got into cooking when I moved away from home, and especially when I moved in with my now-husband (he LOVES to eat).

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits
Awesome biscuits! I used all whole wheat flour and increased the butter to 1/3 cup. Came out soft and fluffy. I'll definitely be making these again!

Jen's Tomato Arugula Bruschetta
Skipped the sundried tomatoes and doubled the arugula. Came out perfect!

Banana Sour Cream Bread
This was really good; the texture was right on. I was worried about the sour cream, but the flavor wasn't overpowering, it balanced the bananas well. I skipped the nuts and it turned out great.
