Almond Bars

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2009
These are my family's new favorites!! I followed the recipe exactly except adding sliced almonds on top. I baked them for 35 minutes at 325 in a glass dish. They are light and airy. Super easy, will make again and again.

Almond Paste

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2005
This recipe is just a little off. It should be 3 cups of powdered sugar and 2 egg whites and a pinch of salt. That works much better.

Great bread!! My family loves it. I make it at least once a week. Be sure to get a spray bottle to spray the oven and the bread before and during the baking, and then when it comes out of the oven.

This cake is awesome!! My daughter who doesn't like sweets could not stop eating this cake. I'd give it more stars if I could. So versatile too, you can add goodies to the frosting or not ie; choc. chips, coconut, nuts, etc.
