Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake

I have been using this recipe a few years now and love it! I have even managed to convert pumpkin pie haters into lovers with this....the crust makes all the difference. Thank you for sharing.

Blue Cranberry Sauce

This was fantastic! I used fresh Maine blueberries and the taste was outstanding. I ended up using it as a marmalade on fresh baked bread...ummm. Thank you for sharing!

Beef Pot Roast

I used this recipe without the bay leaves and LOVED IT! The meat was so tender, juicy and tasty; not to mention the fantastic no work au jus left. One of my new favorites.
