B and L's Strawberry Smoothie

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2014
For the weight conscious.... Followed this recipe but substituted water and two scoops of GNC french vanilla protein powder and 4 packets of Splenda instead of the sugar. The entire shake has 346 calories, 31 carbs, 6g fat, 37g protein, and 12g sugar. *The way it is presently is 326 calories, 57 carbs, 3g fat, 16g protein, and 51g of sugar!!!! 51 grams of sugar is awful! You will be hungry in 10 minutes after this...

Turkey Pot Pie I

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2011
I made this recipe according to the directions and it was amazing!!! I added a little extra flour to the mix because it came out slightly watery. The only thing I would suggest is cooling it for about 20 minutes before cutting it. Thanks for sharing!!!

Balsamic Baked Tilapia

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2011
I had some tilapia in the freezer and didn't know what to do with it. This was the first recipe I came across. I didn't have blue cheese nor salad greens so I served it with brown rice and sauteed spinach. I had it on the table in less than an hour! There are so many ways you can play with it, too!!! This is perfect for a working Mom!!! Great recipe! Thanks for sharing it!!! :)

Wow!!! These cookies are GREAT!!! I followed the recipe exactly and they were PERFECT!!! I dipped one side in sugar, and then (as my son suggested), tried some with cocoa powder and others with cinnamon! All were YUMMY!!! I will definitely make these cookies again!!! Thanks!

Fresh Pear Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2007
Love this recipe! Prepared it according to the recipe the first time then made some changes. I added some extra lemon zest and nutmeg. After it was baked the crust seemed a little too light in color so I increased the cooking time. Baked it at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Otherwise it is wonderful!

Chunky Pear Butter with a Lemon Twist

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2007
This recipe is wonderful! The only thing I did differently was to add lemon juice instead of liqueur (I didn't have any).
