Marinated Wild Salmon
Loved this! I put the green onions, cilantro and garlic in the food processor before adding to the marinade. I replaced the red pepper flakes with paprika. While grilling on the BBQ I put the marinade in a saucepan and brought it to a low boil and then let it simmer for a few minutes. We lightly drizzled the marinade over the salmon to serve. It was fabulous!

Zucchini Bread IV
So good! I added 1/2 tsp nutmeg and swapped half of the oil for applesauce like many reviewers suggested. I didn't add a crumb topping like others have because I just didn't have the time. It's a great bread without it... and a little healthier. Either way, you can't go wrong :)

Great Pumpkin Dessert
I found this recipe here a few years ago and it has become a tradition every Christmas Eve. I add some cloves and cinnamon and replace pecans instead of walnuts. Then I serve with vanilla ice cream while it's still piping hot. This is sooo easy and everyone loves it! This may be what heaven tastes like :)
