South Of The Sea Chicken and Bananas

This dish was a bit of a disappointment. The chicken turned out to be fairly bland. The bananas tasted good, but were unappealing because they got pretty black on the bottom.

Festive Bean Spread

I made this for my son's high school graduation party. Both my kids said no one would eat it, but changed their minds when we had to keep bringing more nacho chips and the whole thing disappeared in record time. Diane
