Cream Filled Cupcakes

exellent...i also took the advice from one of the earlier reviews and made the homemade frosting as well as just cut caps off the top instead of stuffing the filling through the bottom of the cupcake...nummmmmy!!!!!

wasn't as sweet as i had expected; if you didn't make sure the dough was completely flattened b/4 cutting out, it seemed to rise a little higher than i had wanted. if you like soft cookies, this recipe will work for you

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Dessert

excellent, must let it cool completely, though. overnight in the fridge worked best. i think it has more flavor then your simply pumpkin pie.
