I doubled the recipe and I added 2 ounces of melted bittersweet chocolate. I also used Dutch cocoa, 1 cup brown sugar and one cup white (since I doubled the recipe). They turned out great. The only thing I might cut back on is the butter. The frosting is excellent. I wasn't sure I would like the honey in the frosting but after it's on the brownies you really don't taste it. The frosting is thick and fudgy! Enjoy
