Pork Steaks

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2010
Made this for dinner tonight. Used thick boneless pork chops. Definitely have to agree on the light soy sauce, wasn't salty. The family loved it. The only thing leftover was a little bit of rice and the gravy I made from the sauce. Husband is taking that for work tomorrow. Definitely a keeper!!!!

Bubba's Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2010
I've made this several times for different family gatherings. I made this for Easter and each year, I am assigned this dish. It never makes it to the leftovers table. During a family funeral, I made 1 pan and before the entire event was over, I had made 4 pans. It was the first dessert to disappear.

Bread Machine Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2006
I've made this recipe several times for special occasions and the family loves it. I get requests for these rolls at holidays and gatherings! They're easy to make. They're even better the next day for making sandwiches with the leftovers.

Fluffy Seven-Minute Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2011
This recipe was incredibly easy! The family loves it!! I made this for a spice cake because I was out of confectioner's sugar to make butter cream frosting. This was similar to the 7 minute frosting my grandmother would make for her coconut cakes. I am reviving her coconut cake this Easter!

Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2011
was looking for a different recipe for a pork roast. after reading the reviews, decided to try this recipe. I put in a can of cranberries and dried cranberries. still seems like it's missing something, but it was very good. I did use cold water and cornstarch to thicken the juice left in crockpot to put over the rice and pork roast. the family loved it!
