Cioppino
Outstanding recipe. My partner and I decided to try this for a dinner for just we two. Cutting everything in half with just some minor changes yielded the best cioppino I remember having - and I've had quite a few. We added several Tbs tomato paste and skipped the water as we like a heartier broth. I simmered the shellfish shells in a bit of the wine and added that. I always do that to get the last bit of flavor from prawns and the like. Wonderful keeper for us!!

The Best Lemon Bars
taking the hint from reviewers, I made these with 2/3 cup lemon juice, zest of one lemon and one extra Tbs flour in the custard. Very, very good! May add an extra egg yolk next time. Will try for a very thin sidewall next.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Thank you! Some may think this recipe is in our dna but I have been trying for some time to replicate my mother's grilled cheese to no avail. Most of my efforts started by toasting the bread in a toaster - hah, now I see how dumb that was! Now I can enjoy just like I did as a child.
