I wanted this to work so badly, and I followed the recipe to the t. There was way to much onion, it's all I could taste. Maybe it was a really strong onion, but I had to sit there for half an hour picking out onion pieces so that it would be edible. If it weren't for the onion though I'm sure it would have been supurb.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

Very tasty! My husband who is not a salad kind of guy really enjoyed this. My two and four year old little girls even ate this up. I stuck to the recipe with the exception of substituting half of the mayo with plain yogurt. I will definitly make this again.

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill

This was an interesting and different dish. I halved the recipe as was suggested by other users. Even though I halfed the recipe there was still quite a bit left over, which was great as a dip for veggies! I also used half dijon, half plain mustard.

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

This was good but I made some slight changes. I added the spinach to the rest of the sauce so that it could be infused with the flavors of the bacon garlic and tomatoe. I added a little salt and quite a bit of pepper. To round out the flavors I added just a small amount of sugar and a squeeze of lemon. I mixed the pasta with the sauce and then added grated parm to the finished product. Delisious!!

Shrimp Tetrazzini

This was too bland even though I added red pepper flakes, black pepper, and garlic. It tasted good but definetly needs something else. On the plus side it was very creamy.

Salmon, Rice, and Fried Tomatoes

I liked the fried tomatoes, but the salmon was too plain. I prefer a sauce to go along with it. I followed some other users advise and added salt and pepper to the salmon while cooking, if I hadn't it would have been waaay too plain.

Classic Greek Spinach

This was good. My husband and I enjoyed it with a souvlaki recipe from this site. The only changes we made was that we added some mushrooms along with the tomatoes. I would give it a five but I found it to be a bit too mushy for my liking.

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

My husband and I loved this dish. I sauteed yellow onion with the chicken and added green pepper to the chicken when it was half done. I didn't have instant rice so I cooked rice seperately and then added it once the salsa and chicken broth were boiling. To ensure that the flavors infused into the rice I let it simmer on med-low for a few minutes before adding the cheese. So Yummy!!!

Tomato and Garlic Pasta

This is so delicious. I followed the advice of some of the other users and increased the garlic by a clove and decreased the olive oil. It was absolutely fabulous. I will make this again and again.

Parmesan Sesame Chicken

It was very bland but tasted fine. I added red chili flakes for some kick and a little salt and pepper. Next time I might also add italian seasoning or something along those lines. The recipe is definitly a good base. I didn't have problems with dryness. It was perfect and I kept them in for the full 30 minutes.

Stuffed Green Peppers I

I thought it was very tasty, but I would have liked a little more flavor in the beef, some spice maybe. Next time I will red chili flakes to the meat while it's cooking.

Braised Celery

Pork Steaks

The pork was okay. I didn't find the flavor to be very enjoyable, not that it was bad. The soy sauce burned onto the pan because of the long cook time which left a punjent smell in my house.
