Oh My Word ~ ~ ~ yummy! I made this with an 8lb pork shoulder as suggested in some of the reviews, filled it with Root Beer just to the top of the roast and cooked it for 10 hours on low. I shredded it (so easily). Then divided it in half and doused with Famous Dave's Rich and Sassy BBQ sauce, then saved it in the fridge until the next day. Each Fri, the 2nd shift guys where my hubby works, take turns bringing dinner in for the 4 man crew. As it was Hubby's turn, I sent the pork, extra sauce, buns, coleslaw and chips. Had Hubby put it in their crock pot 2 hrs before serving, on low,,,, they LOVED it! One poor guy ate 4 sandwiches and was miserable the rest of the night,,, but asked to take the leftovers home, HA!
