I've made this twice now, and the second time I made it, my husband and daughter fought over who was going to get the last piece. So, I am making another one today. Thank you for a new family favorite!! It was easy to make and turns out just beautiful!

Vegetable Pizza I

My family has made this recipe for as many years as I can remember. I lost the original recipe a few years ago, and am glad that I have found it again with this recipe. It's versatile enough to change it to fit your tastes. Any vegetable will work with this recipe. Instead of using mayonnaise though, I use Miracle Whip as that gives it just a touch more zing. YUM!

Kim's Prime Rib

My husband made this for Christmas Eve dinner and it turned out perfect!! The adjustments he made were adding a tablespoon of brown sugar instead of browning sauce and we added a little black pepper. We also reduced the water to a cup and it was wonderful!! Will definitely use this recipe again and again!! Thanks Kim.
