Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

This was perfect! I used it for my One year olds first birthday cupcakes and it did not dissappoint! It was delicious and it kept its shape all day!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Not that impressed...I would reccommend following the Toll House recipe instead of this one...I felt that this one lacked the taste and texture that I prefer in a chocolate chip cookie.

Lemon Souffle Cheesecake with Blueberry Topping

This was amazing!! I loved the fluffy, airy texture! I did use raspberries instead of blueberries (personal preference) and it was to die for! My only problem was that I ended up with too much filling for my spring form pan...so I just put the extra in custard cups and baked it seperatly. This recipe was well worth the effort and I will make agian and again!

Cream Corn Like No Other

This was very good, I used whole milk instead of the cream and it was still very good. I also used frozen sweet corn from my garden last summer instead of store bought and it was delicious.

Broccoli With Lemon Almond Butter

Melt In Your Mouth Toffee

This toffee was great the second time I tried it...the first time, my butter seperated and it was horrible. I read through several of the reviews and took some of their advise and the second time, it was great!! I used name-brand butter to keep it from seperating and added 2 tablespoons of Karo Syrup to make it more smooth...worked out great!

Harvest Pumpkin Cupcakes

Very good! I made these for a hayrack party we had this fall and they were amazing. I made mini-muffins and piped the icing and they turned out wonderfull. The cake was delicious, but I LOVE this icing, and can't wait to use it for other cakes as well!

Pasta Pomodoro

This was very good. I used canned fire roast tomatoes because I didn't have fresh and it was very good. It could only get better using fresh, I am sure. The vinegar and red pepper really make this a flavorfull alternative to other tomato sauces.

Marinated Cucumbers

This was a nice variation of the traditional vinegar marinated cucumbers. I added red pepper and cherry tomatoes to the mix and it turned out great. I didn't have dried oregano, so I used itallian seasoning instead, it was delish!

Basil Tomato Soup

This was very good! I used milk to cut the fat and half of the butter and it was delicious. I also sometimes add parmeasan with the milk and allow it to melt as well....delish!

Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup

This was a great soup. I did lessen the bacon grease used and kept the bacon out to add on top just because I don't like too much bacon flavor.

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

This was very good just as written. I have made it twice and it is worth it to not use the condenced soup. I have made it a third time with canned chicken because I was out of tuna and it was good as well.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This recipe was very good, and the chicken was very tender and delicious, however although it was a Great starter recipe, next time I will add veggies (just a personal preference) and use a different dumpling just because I felt like the torn buscuits still tasted like the store bought buscuits and wasn't the home-made taste I was looking for.
