Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: May 3, 2012
This was really good, but I did do a few adjustments. I added one fresh diced jalapeño, and used fresh Parmesan cheese. I didn't cook it at 350 because the bottom started to burn, so I turned it down to 340 and it turned out perfect! Thanks for this delish recipe. Took it to a potluck and it was gone. Next time, I might add some green onions for more color and flavor.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: May 26, 2013
This recipe was just like the one I eat at Olive Garden. But instead of adding spinach, I added Kale. It was very delish. And to keep the soup from turning orangish, I drained the sausage on paper towels before putting it back in with the soup. And I used fresh Italian sausage from the meat department, not the kind that comes in the roll. Thanks for the recipe! It's a keeper!

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: May 22, 2013
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! This bread is awesome! I was a little worried about doing it this way than the way the manual tells you to do it. It asked for liquid, dry then yeast. But if you follow this recipe as exactly as follows, then the result is amazing! I was so shocked to see how good it turned out. It was perfect. Nice crust on the outside and the inside was nice and soft. PERFECT BREAD RECIPE. I will keep this one for sure. **** you hAve to use bread flour. Reading some of the reviews made me nervous, but it turned out wonderfully! THANKS FOR SHARING! :) my husband says Thank you too!

Stewed Cabbage

This recipe was very good. I did add about 3 tbsp of red wine vinegar to give it a little twist. Turned out really good. And I didn't any butter. Made it a few times and once I used bacon fat. The next time I used olive oil and both times it turned out great!

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2013
This recipe was very good. I did make some changes. Didn't add the tomatoes or onions. Used fat free sour cream and heavy whip. This made the sauce so delicious that my husband wanted to lick it all up. There were definitely no leftovers when I made this recipe and it was to feed 12 adults! I also did not add any flour since the cheese thickened up my sauce. And used an extra stick of slated butter. :) also added a tbsp of creole seasoning to it to give it a kick.

Japanese Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2006
This recipe was really easy and yummy. I added honey instead of the sugar and veg. oil instead of the butter. I even cut back on the honey and still found the wings to be too sweet! On the other hand, my husband loved it!! Thanks!

Saltine Toffee Cookies

This was yummy. I do recommend putting it in the fridge to cool down or freezer for a quick cool down. I lined my pan with the foil- parchment paper. And it came off nice and easy.

Cherry Fluff

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2006
This came out really pretty but I thought it was missing something. The condense milk was way too much. I will cut back next time when I make it again to 1/2 or 3/4 of the can. The recipe was easy to make. Thanks!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

This was very easy to make, but lacked a little flavor. I had to add salt and pepper to it. I didn't have any cream corn, so I added two cans of corn, a can of cream of chicken and 1/4 cup of half and half. It turned out yummy! My family loved it! Thanks for sharing!
