This was really good, but I did do a few adjustments. I added one fresh diced jalapeño, and used fresh Parmesan cheese. I didn't cook it at 350 because the bottom started to burn, so I turned it down to 340 and it turned out perfect! Thanks for this delish recipe. Took it to a potluck and it was gone. Next time, I might add some green onions for more color and flavor.
