Fluffy French Toast
This was delish and so easy!!!! I added an extra 1/2 tsp of vanilla and it was perfect! I didn't let my bread soak too much, because it started to fall apart when I took it out the first time. I just dip them in the wet mixture both sides and put it on the griddle. Had it with my girlfriends and their kids for breakfast and it didn't last long. We ate it with fruit and syrup! Thanks for the recipe!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
This was really good, but I did do a few adjustments. I added one fresh diced jalapeño, and used fresh Parmesan cheese. I didn't cook it at 350 because the bottom started to burn, so I turned it down to 340 and it turned out perfect! Thanks for this delish recipe. Took it to a potluck and it was gone. Next time, I might add some green onions for more color and flavor.
