Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2012
So easy! I did not have a microwave so I used a double boiler method. I added 1/2 tsp of vanilla and lined a pan with foil for easy removal and cutting once set. My husband and kids love it! My son even wants to give some as a gift this year to the ex in laws. Fantastic!

Chocolate Coconut Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2012
I layered this recipe and mixed the bottom cracker layer with a small amount of melted butter to make a lose crust. I mixed the coconut and milk as directed and sprinkled the chips on top. The trick is to allow them to fully cool! If you touch them before the pan is cold you will end up with a mess.

Turkey Soup with Dressing Dumplings

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2012
I love it! I took the dumpling idea and made them in a muffin tin served along side the soup. Instead of adding fresh beans I used the left over bean casserole. This is a very creative and new idea for all of those left overs! I will be freezing the left over soup to use on a cold day with not a lot of time to cook. Thank you for helping me look like a Domestic Goddess to my family!

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2012
I just made these and even with taking an egg out and using half the baking powder they are still a lot like cake. With that being said, the taste is wonderful and they smell great. I added a pinch of pumpkin pie spice and a drop of maple extract to the frosting. I would only warn that if you are looking for a bar this is not your recipe as this is more cake like.

I made this the other night for our Tex Mex themed dinner. This is absolutely the best! Sweet moist and so easy! I used jiffy corn mix, a small can of corn and a small can of cream corn. Turned out perfect!

Made the cookies as is; they are flat, runny and not what I was expecting. I will not make this one again.
