Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2012
I burned the first batch. I have a 950 watt micro, so I changed the cooking times to: 4 minutes for the syrup & sugar. Added the peanuts, cooked for about 1 minute 20 seconds. Added butter & vanilla, cooked for 1 1/2 minutes, then added the soda. I also stirred it about 3 times during the first 4 minutes. Turned out perfect! will make this again.

Jif® Peanut Butter Blossoms

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2010
Have been making these for a lot of years. my families favorite cookie. I use crisco and bake them for 8 minutes, then add the kiss and back in the oven for 2 minutes. They always turn out perfect! I like them tiny, that way the whole cookie goes in your mouth the first bite!
