I'm trying to expand my repertoire, with special attention to budget friendly cooking and healthy and vegetarian choices in between working full time and a happily busy social life.
My favorite things to cook
I love grilling a salmon with garlic and rosemary, with a caesar salad (with anchovies!), mashed potatoes, fresh asparagus, and lemon bars for dessert. I also love to make spinach stuffed chicken breasts, twice baked potatoes, and (surprise!) brussel sprouts. I love veggies, desserts, seafood, and fresh guacamole!

I'm starting to make Thanksgiving dinner all by myself.

Made from scratch pumpkin cheesecake. Winning the company bake off for my chocolate eclair cake.

Having a faulty glass oven door shatter all over the special dinner I was making for our anniversary. :O
