just made these and they smell delicious. I also used butter instead of shortening. they have a very light sweet taste. I gave them four stars simply because neither of my kids enjoyed them. They said it was bland and boring...oh well, guess I get to eat them all! (unless the hubby enjoys them, then I will have to share...lol)

Spinach Cheese Ball

I thought it was delicious, but not everyone agreed. Definitly a hit or miss kinda recipe, but for me, it was perfect. I will make again, but next time make less.

Cream Cheese Penguins

these were a huge hit!! I was surprised how quickly they were eatten. I made them as decoration for the platers, but there were none left when the party was over. Awesome idea, will do again! thanks!

Shrimp Bruschetta

my guests said they like it, but I did not. And since I had quite a bit leftover after the party, I'm assuming they may have jsut been being nice. I think if I would have cut the Old bay in half it may have helped, but I'm not sure. Probably won't make this agian

Hawaiian Sweet Bread

this was soooo good! very happy with the bread. the only change i made was that i added coconut extract to it as well, but everything else was followed exactly. I will make this bread again!

Baked Potato Soup I

my absolute favorite potato soup!!!!! And everyone i have served it to has loved it too. It can get a bit thick, but i just add some extra water to thin it to the consistancy I like. Wonderful recipe. I will make this again and again!!

Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

This is fantastic!!! My whole family ate it till it was gone. It was the hit of the party. Even my six year old enjoyed it. The only thing I changed was I added blueberries as suggested by another reviewer. I am definitely keeping ahold on this recipe. Thank you so much for sharing it.

Crispy Fish Fillets

I made this for the family and it was really easy, but it didn't have much flavor. I would use this as a starters recipe, but would definietly add more seasoning to it.
