Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

This is sooooo Yummy! The I make extra sauce, add more olive oil and sesame seeds then use it as a salad dressing. Wonderful!

Maria's Portuguese Bacalau

I really should not rate this recipe since I used fresh cod fish and just added salt to it before I boiled it (after reading the other rave reviews I think mine did not turn out as good as it could have been). But...I am giving it 5 stars because my non fish eating husband really liked it. I was amazed. I look forward to trying it with the salted cod.

Whole Wheat Beer Bread

Great! I did not have whole wheat flower so I just used 3 cups of all purpose flower and my family loved it. I used Budweiser and 1/2 cup brown sugar. It was not bitter. I also added 1/4 cup melted butter to the top when I put it in the oven. I have made this bread twice, the second time I used my Kitchen Aid Mixer with the bread hook attachment and it turned out even better!

Chris' Bay Area Burger

Best burgers I have tasted. My little boy was not crazy about the flavor, but I will definitely make it again when we BBQ. I used 97% lean ground beef and with the addition of the olive oil the meat was very moist. I made the recipe exactly as it was stated and next time I will only add 1 tsp of salt.

Loved it! I did not add the feta because my son is allergic to dairy but it was still great. Both my kids wanted seconds. Delicious and nutritious!!!
