Smoky Bacon Wraps

Belle and Chron's Spinach and Mushroom Quiche

I used frozen spinach that I thawed and squeezed dry, fried the mushrooms in a little olive oil, doubled the recipe, and had enough filling for 3 deep dish 9" pies. Great recipe, my boyfriend can't get enough of this!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Wonderful recipe! We followed the original recipe. Very spicy, but we were warned in the reviews. Next time we will cut the jalepino peppers and the cayenne by half. We topped ours with shredded cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream. Deliscious!!!

Very refreshing salad. I followed suggestions and used ground ginger, added carrots and a few drops sesame oil, as well as a little fresh ground black pepper. I'll be using this recipe a lot this summer!

Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Great recipe! I didn't read the recipe correctly and added the liquor and coffee to 1/3 of the batter, and that portion split when I put in on cooling rack. The frosting helped to hide my mistake and the cake was scrumptios!!

Light Wheat Rolls

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Made this for a football party, the guys loved it! I left out the tobasco sauce because it had enough heat. Other than that I followed the original recipe ingredients. I cooked this in a crock pot high for four hours, then re-heated on low the following day. It was awesome!
