I don't typically review recipes, but I have to give a shout out for this one. My family loved it. Perfect recipe: Healthy, quick and easy! My dh and I both took leftovers for lunch the next day and I think it was even better. Made the recipe as written, but did pound the breasts to even them out. Thanks so much!

Ice Pops

There are so many things I love about this recipe. First of all, I used the small dixie cups. The kind that you just get a small drink of water that sit by the sink. The small ones really work well for me, since my kids are fairly small. Secondly, I made 20 of that size for about $1! Third, I live in a neighborhood with a lot of kids and we break out the frozen treats in the summer. They all want RED! So I made a big batch of cherry gelatin with cherry kool aid. Perfect! Everyone is happy!

Beer Butt Chicken

Delicious. I bought one of those beer racks, which helps a lot. On the instructions for those racks, it also suggests either stuffing a potato or onion in the bird's neck to keep the vapors inside I guess. I did that and followed this recipe exactly. It was the juiciest, most tender chicken I have ever had. I definitely will serve this next time I have company.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

This is one of my favorite recipes. I doubled the marinade and used half to marinate the chicken for about five hours. I marinated zucchini and mushrooms for two hours. The chicken is very flavorful and tender and the veggies are out of this world, especially the mushrooms. I think I may marinate the mushrooms and throw them on a skewer next time I grill steak. YUM! I have made this twice in two weeks. Delicious and healthy.

Hot Pepper Jelly

YUM! This turned out beautiful AND delicious. I chopped my red and green peppers in the food processor then pushed all of the liquid out of them in a strainer. I boiled for two minutes instead of one and used no suger pectin. It set up beautifully! I'll be giving it as Christmas presents. Thanks for a great recipe!

Weeknight Chicken Cordon Bleu

My husband really loved this recipe. The only changes I made was that I used honey ham and I really enjoyed the slight sweetness. I didn't have any cream, so just used milk. Also used provolone instead of swiss. Great quick and easy recipe.

Herman Reunion Cheese Ball

I brought this in for a potluck at work and it disappeared in no time. Thanks for the great recipe. I followed the recipe exactly and it was absolutely perfect. I'll be making it again for Thanksgiving.
