Peanut Butter Candy Blossoms

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
This is a great recipe! I actually only added snickers to half of the cookies, just b/c my husband like regular peanut butter cookies. Both turned out great! The dough is really creamy, and I thought it wasn't going to turn out, but it did and they are great! Thanks for the recipe.

Cream Cheese Squares

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2009
This is one of the easiest desserts that I have ever made! I changed it up a little and added strawberry preserves and it was delicious. I have made it w/out preserves and it was good too! You can also half this recipe and just a smaller pan, one can of cresent rolls - and just layer half on bottom and the other half on top. I have made this two nights in a row, and will probably save this recipe for my Christmas breakfast! Thank you for submitting.

Cocktail Meatballs

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2009
These meatballs were delicious! The sauce was incredible. I will admit that I used frozen meatballs. The cranberry sauce makes these so flavorful. At the end of the cooking, I added a container of BBQ sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rays brand) and mixed it all together and it turned out fabulous!!!!!!!

Southern Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2009
This cobbler turned out very good! I doubled the recipe and used a 9x13 baking dish. I also only used half of the juice from the peaches. I added a dash of cinnamon as well, just for a little more flavor. Overall, very good!

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2008
Awesome cookie recipe! I love cranberry and white chocolate and was looking for a staple cookie recipe - this will now be my go-to recipe. I will say that I followed others advice and didn't "flatten" the cookies - I added them in a rounded ball to the cookie sheet. They seemed to come out better. I did need to bake mine a little longer to get them "browned" on top.

Great recipe! I have a family full of picky eaters, and a husband who prefers plain ol' white cake, and they all loved it!

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
This recipe is very good! My entire family (even my picky 7 year old) enjoyed it. I did modify a little. I double the recipe and didn't inlcude the chili's. It was spicy enough without. I did add a good bit of salt to the recipe, of course that's just personal preference. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
