Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Tastes just like the restaurant - although I didn't notice until after I bought the ingredients that I should have used kale instead of spinach, it tasted just great!

Creamy Banana Bread

Really like this recipe - the cream cheese is a really nice addition. I did up the brown sugar to 1/4 cup, and used two heaping teaspoons of cinnamon, left out the pecans. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. Will use again!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Perfect cookie - tastes just like Potbelly's, which I love. I followed others suggestions and added 1/2 cup more flour and 1/2 tbsp more baking soda, also cut salt down to 1/2 tsp. Froze the dough as recommended - however, think it through - form the dough into balls before freezing...quite difficult to do after :) Ended up with perfect cookies - my sister and her fiance just ate a dozen between them!

Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake

EXCELLENT taste, perfect consistency, nice and moist but still firm. Only complaint was the brown sugar mixture on the top (bottom) of the cake...I didn't use nuts, don't like them, but swirled the brown sugar into the cake as instructed. Top (bottom) became very crusty compared to the cake, which I didn't like. Still tasted fine, wasn't inedible, just I think next time I would put the brown sugar in two layers through the cake rather than in the middle and bottom.

Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

I made the recipe exactly as written, and while they weren't bad, they definitely tasted STRONGLY of brown sugar, even had a brown-sugar texture to them. As one reviewer stated, it was better the second day, but still wouldn't be something I'd want to eat. Might play with the recipe some.

Lacy Oatmeal Cookies

I followed the recipe exactly and got yellowy, sticky, ugly cookies that I could barely pull from the sheet when fully cooled. They also tasted too salty.

Cake Balls

My family loved them and thought they were amazing - maybe it was the combination I chose (yellow cake, vanilla frosting, Ghiradelli Double Chocolate coating) but I thought they were just good. Also they take a long time to prepare for what it actually is.

Baked Spaghetti

In a word - amazing. I replaced the cottage cheese with ricotta, had to get creative and mix a regular jar of spaghetti sauce with a 14oz jar of pizza sauce, and cut up string cheese sticks on the first layer for the cheese (thought I had enough but didn't) and it STILL turned out amazing. This will be my new favorite meal!

Perfect consistency, texture - I don't normally like nuts in my bread but this was perfect. Followed the recipe exactly but cut the baking time down 10 minutes and the bread was perfect!

Chicken Spaghetti Casserole I

Just made this tonight with my sister - I left out the pimento peppers and used chicken broth instead of the wine as other reviewers had mentioned. I used angel hair pasta instead of regular spaghetti and mozzarella rather than cheddar. I liked it, the only thing I would change next time is a little less onion, maybe a quarter cup.

They were "ok". Needed more chocolate in them - next time I might melt a 1/2 cup of chips and add to the batter in addition to the whole cup of chips.

Monkey Bread I

I'd never had monkey bread before, but it sounded delicious. I thought it was good, but it wasn't amazing or something I would crave. I think if I made it with sweeter dough it would be much better.
