EXCELLENT taste, perfect consistency, nice and moist but still firm. Only complaint was the brown sugar mixture on the top (bottom) of the cake...I didn't use nuts, don't like them, but swirled the brown sugar into the cake as instructed. Top (bottom) became very crusty compared to the cake, which I didn't like. Still tasted fine, wasn't inedible, just I think next time I would put the brown sugar in two layers through the cake rather than in the middle and bottom.
