Great salad! Makes a beautiful presentation layered in a clear glass bowl. Would be a wonderful salad for potluck event. Will keep this recipe handy. I cut down on the corn and beans. Used only one can of each and had plenty. I used regular ranch for the dressing but might try a chipotle ranch next for more of a tex-mex spin.

blah! Has a lot of great things in it, but the brownie mixture was very mediocre. Perhaps actually using a brownie mix in a box would be good.

Drip Beef Sandwiches

What a neat and easy recipe! Threw it in the pot and let go all day. Was easy to shred for delicious sandwiches. The juice was very tasty -lots of flavor and perfect for dipping. We'll be having round 2 tonight, serving the leftover meat in tortillas as suggested.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

The flavor was good but the visual wasn't. It was very watery - had to pour off alot of juice. I will probably keep searching for meatloaf recipes.

Tropical Lime Cake

I served this for company and was very pleased. A unique and colorful cake! I sprinkled powdered sugar over the top and garnished with strawberries - looked like something out of southern Living magazine!

Egg and Sausage Casserole

Yum! This recipe hit the spot with dh and me. Plenty of flavor - even used mild sausage. I did put the croissant crust in oven for just 5 minutes to jumpstart. Turned out great. Cooked for additional 10 minutes and then let is sit for another 10 after pulling out of oven. Will make for Christmas brunch!
