Awesome! Crispy, healthy (I used whole wheat flour), salty sweet. My idea of a perfect chocolate chip cookie.

I deviated a bit, adding zuchini, cayenne and omitting bacon and the mix. My kids even loved it, a first for them eating fish!

Snakes in a Blanket

These got gobbled up quickly! The cheese does melt out of the bun fast so be careful it doesn't get burnt and stuck to the foil.

Curry Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2005
Really tasty. You can make with light cream cheese. We tried it with a spicy mango chutney so it had a little zip. Easy to make. Looks good, but I might do it as a "cheese log" instead so it's easier to eat with a group.

Loved it! And my husband loved it, too, which is a miracle for him to like a green veggie, esp. one like br. sprouts. It was easy and delish.

It was really good but to add a little more crunch and pizzazz, I added some chopped onion and balsamic vinegar. Delicious!

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2009
Delicious and easy! I used fresh chopped basil and parsley from my garden, and garlic salt since I was out of fresh garlic. Sprinkled a little parmesan on top of the tomato and gave it a few minutes under the broiler before it was done. My husband also loved it! Comforting home cooked Italian flavors. Low fat, too.

Figs Oozing with Goat Cheese

They were a big hit at a BBQ, without the grape leaves. Agree with the other reviews that honey made a fabulous addition. Easy to make. Little clean up. And D-lish!

Cranberry Stuffed Turkey Breasts

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2009
It was a nice alternative to making a whole turkey but I had trouble butterflying and wrapping them and the turkey was a little dry w/o a dressing.
