Baked Potato Skins

These were out of this world! My husband said we are nevering getting skins at the restaurants now because they are so much better at home!

Egg Noodle Lasagna

This was a great recipe - especially for little kids! My extremely picking 7 -year old son loved it - and believe me it is hard to find a recipe that he likes!! I was going to add cottage cheese to this, like I typically make lasagna, but was out. Next time I would like to add that - however it was good as is!

Bar-B-Que Sauce

great sauce! My mother in law gave us some wonderful pork tender loin and we were out of BBQ sauce! I made this from what we had in the house and it is much better than store bought! Thanks!

Mashed Maple Sweet Potatoes

I have been looking for a awesome sweet potato casserole recipe and I have now found it. I think it is the maple syrup that makes this crazy good! I did not make any changes to this recipe - it does not need any altering in my opinion! I fixed this for Thanksgiving and everyone raved about it and begged me to bring it again for Christmas.

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

Delicious! I cut back on the sugar (1/2 cup) based on comments, however I thought it needed to be alittle sweeter and I would try 1 cup next time. I also used all of the 4oz. can of green chiles and it was fine.

Banana Split Cake II

Wonderful dessert! I took this to a family reunion today and everyone LOVED it! I used 2 8oz. containers of cream cheese with 2 cups of confectioners sugar and it was just right! I put strawberries and chocolate sauce on top - make sure to put the chocolate on right before you serve if it is for a picnic - the chocolate melted and looked funny - but still tasted great!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

I looked all over this website at every sweet potato recipe I could find and decided on this one. I was FANTASTIC and just what I wanted out of a sweet potato casserole. It turned out really good and I especially liked the crunchy topping. Lots of compliments and requests for the recipe.

Frozen Pineapple Pie

This pie is SOOOO good and really easy to make, although it doesn't taste like it is this simple!! I made it the first time exactly as stated in the recipe and I have since made it three or four times after that and it is always fast and GOOD!

Brownie Mix in a Jar II

Definitely went with other's recommendations and added 3 eggs, 1 c butter, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 c choc chips--they were really good--much better than store bought I thought.

B.L.T. Salad with Basil Mayo Dressing

Have have tried this recipes two times and it was excellent both times. I really like the homemade croutons!! The only change I made was I added 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt. I thought it was way too tangy with just the mayo and red wine vinegar. Otherwise---great recipe!!
