Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
I marinated the fish for 1 hour and served it with steamed rice and steamed broccoli. Delicious! Next time I will try it without the additional sauce. The fish was very flavorful seems like it would taste delicious without the extra sauce and calories.

Baked Fish with Shrimp
hummm... I tried this recipe without the shrimp (as I saw that another user did too) but I didn't add anything additional and it turned out really salty. I even used less salt than the recipe called for. I gave it a 4 star rating because since I didn't follow the directions I didn't want to be too harsh but without the shrimp this reciped did not turn out good for me.

Marinated Tuna Steak
Very tasty! I marinaded the steaks for 30 minutes and cooked them on the George Forman Grill until the fish was just cooked through to the center, about 7 minutes. The marinated smelled great while cooking and the fish was very moist. I will definately make it again and will try the marinade with other fish and meats.
