I'm not to sure about this salad. I think I like it but I'm not quight sure. I will need to make this recipe again. One thing to remember - PUT THE DRESSING ON THE SIDE. The dressing made the salad very soggy very quickly.

Basic Vegetable Stock

This is a good soup starter. I'm going to try to make this again, I felt like it was not as salty as the boulin cube. which is what I'm trying to get away from (high salt).

Zucchini Patties

Amazing! Oh My God! These Veggie Patties are delicious! I can't say enough about them. My husband and children loved them also. They were so good I sealed a bunch up with my Foodsaver and through them in the freezor for a quick snack or as a meal. Yummy!

Lawry's Steak Sandwiches

This was a really good sandwich. I made two batches, one with real meat for the family and one with Smart Strips veggie strips. Both batches were good. I forgot the horseradish and added too much steak sauce. I also added a slice of american cheese to each sandwich. Hubbie was not impressed, 1 daughter went crazy and loved it, other daughter could careless. Good possibility I would make this again.

Tofu Parmigiana

I'm sorry I can not rate this recipe. The bread crumb mixture would not stay on the tofu no matter what I did. So I am sorry to say I could not try this recipe

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

This recipe has no flavor. I needed to add sour cream and mazarella cheese to the inside of the buritto and cover it with hot salsa and hot peppers.

Ultimate All in One Chicken Dinner

All though this did make a good dinner, I would not say it was the ultimate all in one chicken dinner. This is a quick fix meal. There is nothing wonderful about it. It tasted good and filled us up.
