Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2014
MMMMMMmmmmmm! So good. I have made these as muffins and they are good. Today I made bread. I just put in all in the loaf pan, kept the temp the same and just started watching it closely after 35 min. It took probably about 50 min till the toothpick came out clean. It is just as good! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Beef Stew VI

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2012
I had never made beef stew before and utilized this recipe for the base. I am guilty however, and added other things to the recipe as others had suggested. It turned out awesome! The meat was tender and so were the veggies.

Awesome. My only regret is that I read the nutritional value. Otherwise....I would eat this weekly.

Thai Spiced Barbecue Shrimp

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
I tried to cook it on the stove like another person did, but it really didn't taste as good as it probably would have on the grill. I would suggest not even trying it on the stove, and hold out for the grill. It has potential. That's why I gave it 4 stars.

Monterey Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2008
That hit the spot!!! I was in a pinch for time and did not have any teriakyi marinade, however I did have BBQ sauce. I just lathered the sauce on the chicken and put in the oven. Then I just threw the cooked bacon/veggies on the chicken, topped it with Cheddar, baked for 5min, and it turned out perfect!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for a great recipe. I was getting tired of the same old chicken.

We place our ribs on the grill for about 5 minutes after they were done baking. Very easy, and the meat fell right off the bone. Thanks for a great recipe.

Slow Cooker Chile Verde

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2006
I gave it 5 stars because the meat turned out excellent. It was moist and tender. I think next time, I will use a different sauce. The store only carried a HOT green salsa, and it was even too hot for my husband who loves spicy food. I even omitted the jalapeno peppers. If you like spicy hot, this is a great recipe. Thanks for sharing.

I've never made a chicken before, and it turned out excellent!!!! My husband who is a picky eater loved it. I only made one 5 pound chicken and baked it at 350 until internal temp reached 180. Turned out great!!! Thanks for a great recipe!
