Sherry Sour Cream Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2009
Outstanding! I agree with some of the other reviewers, the cooking time should be reduced. Next time I'll add the mushrooms. The family loved it.

Sweet Potato Pie from EAGLE BRAND®

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2008
Definately a "5". I didn't change a thing. Four large sweet potatoes worked fine.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2008
Good, I'll make it again. I particularly enjoyed the dill sauce. I read some of the other reviews and shied away from the cajan seasoning and used Old Bay instead.

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2008
Loved it! Thanks for the recipe. Thanks for the reviews. I buttered the mini muffin tins, cut each Grands Flaky biscuit into sixths, used green onions and substituted provolone cheese. Fantastic.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Reviewed: May 18, 2007
I should have read the reviews first. The sauce was way too sweet. I'll make it again and cut back on the honey and cayenne pepper as the reviewers suggested.

Linda's Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2007
ExcelIent! I didn't read the reviews prior to making this recipe. If I had would have made more sauce. I came up short, so the last layer of sauce was "Prego" Italian sauce. I'll definitely make this again.

Summer Pasta Salad II

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2006
Fantastic! I omitted almost half of the ingredients and it's still good. I left out the artichoke, black olives, zucchini, garlic, red onion and salami. I used the KraftsRoasted Red pepper Italian Dressing with Parmesan. I can't wait until tomorrow. I'm trying to allow the flavors a chance to blend.

Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2006
Thank you, Ken. I was looking for a recipe to make tender baby back ribs, this one fit the bill. The ribs fell off the bone. I followed some of the other reviewers' advise and rubbed the meat with McCormick's Grill Mate's spicy montreal steak Seasoning and I used Jack Daniel's barbeque grilling sauce number 7.

International Beef Stew

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2006
Excellent Stew! I followed the other recommendations and used less rosemary, way less, only 1/2 teaspoon. I also coated the stew meat in flour and browned in 1/4 cup of butter. I'll make this again.

Black Bean Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2005
Thank you for a great recipe. I had to make a few changes, I didn't have all of the ingredients on hand, but I don't think I lost the integrity of the original recipe. I used diced tomatoes, frozen corn and baby carrots. I also used half vegetable and half chicken stock. Fantastic.

Slow Cooker Chicken Creole

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2005
Thank you, Mary. for a great recipe. This one is a keeper. I followed the directions to a "T". I also tried some of the other readers' recommendations. I added 3 ounces of tomato paste and kilbasa sausage. The only stewed tomatoes I found were DelMonte brand with onions, celery & green peppers. I served it over rice.
