Two Step Creamy Cheesecake

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2000
This is just what I was looking for-a fluffy, creamy cheesecake. I did use 6oz of whipped topping instead of the whole container. Everyone loved it!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2002
My family raved about this crust with the Exquisite Pizza Sauce. They want this all the time now. But, I have to say, sticky doesn't even begin to describe the dough! Next time I am definetly putting it in the bread machine on the dough cycle.

Cappuccino in a Jar

What a great gift idea! I loved the taste - I used Swiss Miss hot cocoa mix so I reduced the sugar and it was wonderful. Thanks!

Really cute! The 1st grade class loved them for their year end party. I made them with the hamburger cookies I already make and they had a "cookout" at school.

Pineapple Kugel

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2001
Loved it! I thought 6 eggs sounded like alot, since I don't like the flavor of eggs too well. But it was great. The kids even ate this kugel.

Aunt Shirley's Dietetic Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2003
Fabulous! I made this for a party and we had three guests who need to watch their sugars. I used Splenda as a sugar replacement and it really tasted great. But this would also be good using regular sugar as a non dietetic pie.

The whole family liked it. I added extra pumpkin (about 1/3 cup) and extra cinnamon. It was moist and delicious.

Our Thanksgiving guests loved this stuffing. I would add a little less pepper next time, ours was a little spicy.

Sour Cream Spritz

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2004
These worked so well in the cookie press without refridgeration. The kids make the cookies and did a great job..very kid friendly recipe. I didn't try the cinnamon but added more vanilla.

Cinnamon Pancakes in a Jar

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2002
I wanted to try these to see if I wanted to give them as gifts. They are so good, they now have their own cannister on my counter! Even the kids loved them. I did add 1 cup of milk like everyone else. I highly recommend them for yourself or for a gift.

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2002
Really good, especially warm! But if you use all of the streusel, it is very sweet. I used the bundt pan and layered the ingredients. This would be good with peaches or cherries too.

Beef Stroganoff III

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2015
I substituted a can of Campbell's french onion soup for the beef broth for extra flavor. Then added a can of Campbell's beef consume so we could have extra sauce. The combination of french onion and consume is perfect. That makes the right amount for our family of 5 with a little left for left overs. My family loved it and asks for it all of the time!

Snow Flakes

awesome! I wasn't sure the cinnamon sounded good, but it adds just the right punch to the flavor. Addicting cookies - better make 2 batches.

Pumpkin Pie Squares

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2002
I love the idea of the pumpkin pie squares and they keep their shape great. I like the crust and the filling separately, but I think next time I will try a reqular pie crust in an 8x8 with the same filling. Using one of the crusts you buy in the refridgerator section should make it simple.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2002
My family loved these pancakes. These pancakes are really fluffy, and I like them a little heavier and flatter..so I decreased the soda to 2 tsp. For the kids I put sprinkles, or blueberries, or chocolate chips on the top just after pouring the batter in. They loved them!
