What a fabulous chocolate cake recipe! My mother in law is a chocolaholic so I made this for her Birthday. I kept to the 2 cups of chocolate chips only I have a little mini food processor and I chopped them up so I had all different sizes of chips. It really helped to distribute the creamy chocolate of the chips evenly throughout the cake. It worked awesome! I used the satiny chocolate glaze and drizzled over the bundt cake, I then took butterscotch chips, melted in the microwave, put in a plastic ziplock, cut the corner (tiny hole) and drizzled the butterscotch back and forth over the glaze. It made for a beautiful presentation. I also took some Hershey's Heath Bar Crunch pieces and sprinkled them over the top. It is most definitely a favorite way to go. At the holidays I intend to do the satiny chocolate glaze with a little peppermint oil for a "mint chocolate" icing! I'll drizzle with melted white chocolate chips for that. Thanks for an awesome recipe! By the way, I also made this cake for my husbands work, I used a cream cheese icing which was good but according to my husband, the glaze with butterscotch is much better. I'm making again today and want to try using strong coffee instead of the water in the cake mix.
I'm editing to add that I've been making this recipe for a while now. It's my FAVORITE! I have been baking and decorating cakes and this is my most requested. HOWEVER... for reasons I can't explain it doesn't always come out consistent. Sometimes it is WAY to
