This was so moist! I made it as cupcakes - 350 for 17 mintues. It made 30 cupcakes - filling the cup 2/3 full. I followed the advice and upped the cocoa to a full cup, added 2tbls more of sugar, substituted buttermilk for milk and deleted the vinegar - excellent results. Then, I filled the cupcakes with a whoopie pie filling (1 stick of butter, 1 cup of confectioners sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla and 2 heaping spoonfuls of Marshmallow Fluff)and covered them in dark chocolate ganache -recreating a Hostess Cupcake for a more gourmet palate. Fantastic!
