Apple Pecan Cobbler
My husband and I thought this was amazing!! Who cares if it isn't exactly a cobbler--the point is that it tastes great! The only change that I made was to double the pecan/cinnamon/sugar mixture and put in a 9x13 pan. I didn't really measure the apples--I just used 5 McIntosh apples. Can't wait to make it again!

Cathy's Banana Bread
I've tried a lot of banana bread recipes, and I have to say this is one of the best! The only changes I made were: lowfat sour cream, 1/4 cup applesauce instead of margarine, and only 1 cup of sugar. The bread is moist, sweet, delicious and good for you! It doesn't get much better than that.

Avocado Tzatziki
Great twist on guacamole! We served it with toasted whole wheat pitas and Greek Penne and Chicken (also from this site.) Superb!
