We really loved this meatloaf, I used 93 lean beef and left out the brown sugar and bread for health reasons, so I added some mustard instead....It tastes so much like a Mc Donalds quarter pounder! Awesome recipe!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

This was really good, and something different. I cubed the chicken, used 2 cans of tomatoes and about 1 cup of balsamic plus fresh garlic. We like alot of sauce, and it was tasty. Served it over whole wheat angel hair, yum!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Absolutely delicious... soft , tender sugar cookie...we didn't roll them in sugar before baking...rolled and flattened slightly...frosted them after cooling....sooooo good & I am extremely picky about my sugar cookies !

World's Best Peanut Butter Fudge

I have been making fudge for about 20 yrs. now...I decided to veer from my old standby recipe and try a new one....Sooo glad I chose this one, it is the creamiest I have ever made :) As some others did, I used evap milk.... I had the marsh cream, pb and flour mixed and waiting in my kitchenaid, cooked the syrup about 5 1/2 min and poured it into the pb mixture...mixed it a minute or so...and perfect consistency....absolutely beautiful!

Chicken Milano

OMG amazing...we were craving a high quality pasta dish, but didn't want to go out..This was perfect..I added some finely minced onion with the garlic and at the end added a few capers to the sauce..I cooked the chicken first and put it in micro to keep warm..then made the sauce in that pan...awesome!

Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

My family loved this! We have been wing hungry, but not eating them because of the fat. I made this with skim milk, and healthy recipe cr. of chick soup. I cooked chicken breasts with some garlic, onion and hot suce in the crockpot, shredded them right in the crockpot, I also added some more garlic and onion and threw it all together. Wow so great!

Vegan Bean Taco Filling

These were very good, the whole family loved them. I served them as a side dish with cottage cheese enchiladas from all recipes. I left out the corn meal and added a little more salsa.

Chile Relleno Casserole

I don't know how on earth this has a 4 star rating. I seasoned the beef with taco seasoning, and it still was bland and boring, we tried topping it with salsa and sour cream, and it was still not good, will throw away the leftovers and the recipe.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

I used whole wheat tortillas, 2% milk Mexican cheese, fat free cottage cheese,fat free sour cream,and green enchilada sauce and these enchiladas were awesome..I have also made them with ground turkey and ground chicken, they are great.

Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread

This was very good and quick and easy to prepare. I added 1 T.cinnamon, 1 T. splenda and 2 T. ground flax seed, delicious warmed in microwave and topped with smart balance mixed with cinnamon and splenda.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

I let my bread machine do the work for me, and I used all whole wheat flour, plus some italian seasoning in the mixture. This was really delicious and easy to work with

Unbelievable Rolls

I have been searching for the perfect yeast roll recipe, and I have found it !!! This recipe is fantastic as round dinner rolls, crescent rolls, and as loaf bread, the whole family adores this recipe !!! Thank you for this awesome recipe
