I followed others reviews using chicken broth instead of water...adding garlic powder, parsley, and pepper, cutting my bisquits into pieces, using partially frozen chicken, and adding celery and carrots. Cooked in on High for the full 6 hours adding the dumplings at the last 90 minutes...but the dumplings tasted like biscuit dough....they were also still doughy so I had to cook them again...good flavor but just not like my Grandma's.
