Chocolate Dream Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
WOW! This was incredible. The cake was super moist and full of cherry flavor. Don't know where the marshmallows went but they did their job. The cherries were throughout the cake and not stuck to the bottom like a regular black forest cake. Thanks, Pat.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2010
Based on reviews, I guess I'm an idiot because this was not good. It was too dense and tasted like egg. Couldn't even taste the cream cheese. Thank goodness I made it 2 days before Easter and had my family test it or I'd have been mortified.

Horseradish Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2010
Thank goodness I did a test run on these before Easter dinner. My husband and I both love horseradish and I was excited with the ratings and this recipe.

Savory Crescent Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2008
THIS WAS INCREDIBLE!! It was super easy and all five kids and their finicky pallets loved it. I did not use the pomiento's and seasoned the chicken a little with basil, mrs dash, and dill before adding it to the mixture. Other than that and increasing the servings to feed 8 instead of 4 - it was perfect. I was hoping to have some leftover to take to work for lunch but that surely didn't happen. Thanks so much!!

Peanut Butter Bars IV

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2008
I loved this recipe. It was so super easy and quick to make. Once it came out of the oven, I poured the rest of the choc chips and a bag of pb chips, let them melt and then spread it out like a frosting. The kids came running!! Thanks for making smiles.....

Slower Cooker Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2007
Amazing!! Never have I had a meatloaf with such a good flavor. Not greasy or dry. I added 1 1/2 cups of dry stuffing bread cubes. It was a hit that left us all talking about it. Thanks bunches!

Baked Eggs in Canadian Bacon Cups

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2005
I altered this recipe to fit the tastes of my family. I placed half slice of bologna in the muffin tin, poured my beaten egg (mixture of pinch of grated cheddar and 1 egg) mixture in the tin and topped with grated cheddar. I did the same with bacon and even with mushrooms. Kids and adults all loved this recipe.
