Mushroom Meatloaf

I haven't had meatloaf for about ten years and so I didn't know if I would like it. my husband tried this recipie and it was a hit! My husband told me it was very good! It was great! I look forward to making this again. (However, I had to cook longer that it said but it is worth the wait!)

Broccoli Beef I

I liked it but the meat was cooked way too long. Instead of following the recipe, next time I will cook the meat only for a few minutes and make sure the broccoli is steamed before I mix it so the broccoli won't be cruchy and the meat won't be overly cooked

Authentic Enchiladas Verdes

They were okay. I left out the pepper since I'm very sensitive to hot spices. It definatly needed to be eaten with lettuce and tomatos and salsa to make it good. I'll make it occasionally

Fish Tacos

My husband was pleasantly surprised but he would not touch the mayo coleslaw mixture. Just put lettuce, tomatos, and avocados and said he liked them! That's a big thing here.
