These were the best stuffed peppers I have ever had. So often, stuffed peppers have no flavor, but not these! I used ground chicken and sausage and they were great. I will be making these many times over. Delish!

Carrot Pineapple Cake I

I have looked for years for a great carrot cake. I omit the coconut as I don't care for that. I sometimes use the raisins and sometimes don't depending on my mood. It is alway moist and delicious.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This was ligt and airy and delicious. Made it in the bread maker and voila. Cooked for 5 minutes with sauce only before adding toppings. Made the copycat pizza sauce, sausage and green pepper. Delicious!

Pam's Pasta Puttanesca

The kalamata olives seemed to overwhelm the dish. If you like that flavor, then you will love this. Perhaps cutting down on the olives would help for my taste.
