Garlic Asparagus with Lime

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
Delicious flavors! I roasted the asparagus with minced garlic and shallots tossed in olive oil cooking spray for about 20 minutes @ 400. When finished cooking I squirted the lime juice all over and tossed again. My husband & I loved the taste!

Szechwan Shrimp

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2008
This is a delicious dish! I add about 1 1/2-2 cups of shredded carrots just before I put in the scallions. It adds a little sweetness which contrasts well with the spicy. Thanks for this easy wonderful recipe!

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2013
I've made this recipe several times and it is "unbelievable" every time, no alterations, as is. Fresh juice is a must! I love the addition of the course mustard. It adds a nice texture. I also like to use the marinade on a half chicken (with bone & skin) and roast it in the oven. Thanks for the delicious recipe!

This is a fabulous recipe. I cut back a little on the oil and add water instead to make it lighter. At our house it is the first choice in salad. Thanks so much!!
