Definitely was not as easy as the submitter claimed it was, BUT it was incredibly delicious when finished. My advice: Don't use a damp towel because the phyllo gets too sticky to handle. Don't butter the top layer before cutting because the moist phyllo won't stay in place. And DO add some extra cinnamon in between layers. It tastes as good as any baklava I've had in a Greek restaurant!

Mini Meatloaves

This was a great, simple recipe. I added Worcestershire Sauce and onions (what's meatloaf without onions?), and they turned out well. I thought the ketchup sauce was way too sweet, so next time I'll omit it all together, or maybe put just a dab on each meatloaf.

Beefburger Parcels

This whole dish turned out beautifully. I think the person that said it was difficult to keep all of the ingredients in the puff pastry either didn't roll the pasrty out at all, or forgot to put some flour underneath so it wouldn't stick. I made it for a dinner party and was congratulated on such an impressive dinner! I followed the recipe exactly except I reduced the amount of onion. You have most of the ingredients in your kitchen already. Try this one!

Bessy's Zesty Grilled Garlic-Herb Chicken

So many people complained about the saffron that I omitted it. I also slightly reduced the oil and sugar since I only did 3 chicken breasts. The sugar turned into a nice glaze on the grill though! I think I'll add jalapenos next time to make it hot...

Beer and Soy Sauce Chicken

I used Amber Bock and the recipe turned out great. Don't use generic brand soy sauce though; it's a little too salty.
